HALO Advisory Board Member
An adivisory board member shall be a person of good character who has exhibited a strong understanding of the value of property rights, both personal and real. An advisory board member may also be an affinity business partner or preferred provider.

HALO Affinity Business Partner
Is a business entity who provides goods or services to property owners and has attained a level of expertise, integrity and customer service that distinguishes them in the field. An affinity business partner contributes to HALO’s outreach programs to members and new member development.

HALO Preferred Provider
Is a business or individual who has is recognized as provider of goods or services that has met the qualifications set forth by HALO and has proven to meet or exceed the levels of service and intergrity most beneficial to our membership. A preferred provider need not be a contributor to HALO’s outreach programs but shall be a member in good standing. HALO will make referrels to its preferred providers under a referral agreement. A preferred provider will be eligible to participate in HALO’s business to business program.

BEN BIUS FOUNDER & PRESIDENT Ben Bius is the founder and president of the Home and Land Owners Association of Texas "HALO." Ben has been active in his community as a successful businessman and entrepreneur. Ben has been active in state politics as a conservative Republican candidate for state representative and maintains his extensive contacts. In his profession as a builder and real estate investor for the past 27 years he has been recognized for his knowledge, integrity, and ability.
