Anyone who shares HALO’s mission should join this network of interested and concerned property owners.
How do I join?
Simply fill out and submit the online membership form along with your contribution. If you have more questions, comments, or concerns about membership or any other information you’ve read on the site,let HALO know and a member of HALO’s staff will get back with you shortly.
What do I get?
You will be an important part of the powerful network of property owners across Texas, joining together to take stands on issues in the legislature, government agencies, county courthouses, city halls, and school boards. Your ability to get results is magnified as a member of HALO. The quarterly newsletter filled with information on issues that affect the taxation, enjoyment, use, and ownership of property. Your participation will not only help you, but many others and future generations of home and landowners.
• Your voice and your ability are greatly enhanced because HALO is known and respected.
• You gain direct access to politically aware experts, elected officials and information that cannot be obtained easily as an individual or that would be so expensive as to be impractical otherwise.
• You join a network across the state that can share concerns, solutions and head off problems before they arise and become a costly burden.

Where does my money go?
Your contribution will go towards developing, communicating, and mobilizing the broad network of citizens across Texas who share similar concerns. HALO is a non-profit organization. All contributions are used to further our stated objectives. Annually the Board of Directors establishes a budget and a report of operations is furnished to the members. The bulk of HALO’s efforts are in issue development, membership communication, and government relations. |
