Your contribution will go towards developing, communicating, and mobilizing the broad network of citizens across Texas who share similar concerns. HALO is a non-profit organization. All contributions are used to further our stated objectives. Annually the Board of Directors establishes a budget and a report of operations is furnished to the members. The bulk of HALO’s efforts are in issue development, membership communication, and government relations.
